Cancel Unlimited UK Calls Boost

Like other users, I cannot remove the Unlimited UK Calls Boost from my account and I have looked all over my dashboard to find a way. Chat is not available. It's very frustrating, even though it's supposedly flexible to remove at any time. Please help me remove this boost from my account!

I have requested that the boost is removed,  Be aware that all calls are now chargeable.
