Afternoon all,
My contract comes to an end 27May, I have had a conversation with the loyality team concerning leaving, but didn't get an actual answer to a question, If I cancel my contract, when would I not be charged an early termination fee?

Thanks for the reply Gliwmaeden2,
They gave me the early termination fee today, but wanted to double check the 30 day part as it was avoided.

It seems to be OK within the last 30 days, @Dave.S1 - not more than that, so you are still too soon. To avoid paying any of the out of contract price, you need to get it just right, so wait for a reply from staff to be absolutely sure.
If you are not doing a straightforward switch to an Openreach copper based [FTTC] service you will need to definitely phone Talktalk to arrange the end date.

If you don't cancel at all, the service just rolls on at full price.
Staff are on here during the day Monday to Friday.
