I have just switched provider and want to come back. What do I do?

When is the switch date? You may still be able to cancel the cancellation with TalkTalk, subject to timing. Probably best to get in touch directly:

Check your cooling off period with the new provider.

If you are past that, you may be charged early termination fees for leaving early. 

It's not Talktalk's responsibility.

Once you know where you are with your current ISP, look out for any deals that appeal.
