Hi, my Fibre 150 contract comes to an end on 24/4.
I understand that if i renew today, the new contract applies from today/tomorrow (i.e. straightaway). When speaking to advisor, I questioned what would happen to my existing contract. I've already paid the bill up to 24/4, will I get a refund on the old contract for almost a week of the month's fees, or do i suck up this double payment? Therefore is it better for me to renew as close as possible to my contract end date?

The next bill after your renewal, will have a credit for the overlapp.

Hi @k1ss0ff you would get a refund if your new contract is lower priced than your old. If you have any boosts they will run till end date or until you cancel them.
