Gift cloud voucher -Not heard anything

Hello 

I was offered a voucher for staying with TT back in mid December but have had no further correspondence about it. I'm starting to think it was an empty promise 😕 

How can I chase this up?

The £40 credited was credited as an extra, as I mentioned that the speed did not increase with the switch to a better spec of broadband.

The voucher was offered previous to the credit to rival the voucher that Vodafone was offering (as I had already switched). It was for over £100 and the main reason why we decided to stay. 

This is ridiculous, the call took place on 14/12/21 at 5.16pm 

Is there not a recording of this call?

There is nothing on the account showing a voucher was offered when you renewed, but there was a £40 credit added when you renewed.

Yes we renewed over the phone. It was so long ago I can not remember the amount. But we still haven't heard a thing about it.
