Left talktalk 26 Nov 2021 but being threatened by letter with £50 charge if I don’t return router

I Left TalkTalk 26 Nov 2021 and requested a returns bag on this forum and one was kindly sent out by  SocialTeamJo on 25/11/2021

the item was dispatched on 8/12/2021  (TRACKING NUMBER   DA538224783GB ) and was delivered on the 10/12/2021

fortunately all stages  of packing included serial numbers were recorded on photo.

The item shows as delivered on ROYAL MAIL WEB SITE

and I attach proof of delivery

as usual customers have to come to this forum, without which TalkTalk would have been history long ago

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated  and as usual regards and respects

There is no indication that you will be charged, but given the evidence I will ensure you wont be.
