Migration from Shell Broadband - Cant register for account

Hi there,

 

I was with TalkTalk years ago and my current email address is still registered to that old account.

 

I have been migrated over from Shell Broadband back to TalkTalk with a new account number.
How do I access my new account?

I have removed the old details 
 

Can you try to register your new account https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/

I'll move this to the billing section, @CraigA_92.

 

Staff simply remove the old details and then you can try registering afresh.

 

They respond Monday to Friday during the day.
