My elderly mother has moved into a nursing home. Who do I notify as we no longer need the landline but we do still need the broadband until the house is sold. I can’t see an email address as to who to contact

many thanks

Hi JacketSpud

Just to confirm its not possible to cancel 1 part of the package, even if it was possible the price wouldn't change.

You may need to complete a power of attorney form so that you can cancel the service when the time comes for it to be cancelled as usually only the named account holder can cancel  it.

Regards

The phoneline is included in the broadband price and you cannot cancel it independently. The only issue would be if your mother subscribed to any calling Boosts which should be cancelled if they are no longer to be used. I have moved this to the Billing section.
