I joined Talk Talk in Sept 21 and part of the deal was £100 Amazon Voucher. I expected to have received them or an email by now but not heard anything.

 

Can anybody help please?

Hi

Has anybody got any ideas how l get this sorted please 

I cannot contact the reward issuer as l don't have the identification number they require

An email will be sent 90 days from when the order went live.

 

Please keep an eye on your junk/spam folder and get back to us after this timeframe if you haven't received the voucher, as we'll look into this for you further.

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

 

I'l move this to the billing section, as this has nothing to do with your actual Broadband service.
