Just renewed my contract via the loyalty team & spoke to Waqas.

He was very helpful & didn't have an issue with me not knowing the phone password so used different methods. (In the past i have had issues with agents and not knowing the password)
 
He made the whole experience very painless and a total joy from start to end.

£26 for 150 fibre for 24 months  a £1 more than i am paying now for the old 65 fibre thing 🙂

In a similar vein, had good customer service from Ross when required assistance with upgrade visit by an engineeer.

Hi @Pash02 Kind words I'm sure they will reach him eventually. The loyalty team are very good and I've only ever had good dealings with them
