Refusing to Cancel Bills After My Contracts

It is very appalling and inconsiderate of TalkTalk after several calls to cancel my contract and stop the bill with bad network,faulty landline for months while they continue to charge and increase bills. This is ripping off and total shamble from TalkTalk. I hate the end of this contract like a ..................

Notes on your account say that on both times you have called , an offer was made by the loyalty team and you advised you will contact us back.  As we are still providing a service bills will continue to generate.

 

If you are transferring to another provider, they can start the process by requesting to take over the line, otherwise the only way to cancel is to call us on 03451720088
