Renewal waiver

Just needing to check, @Arne-TalkTalk, that it is still possible to have no £30 contract change charge if we are within the last 90 days of our contract? Not just the last 30 days?

So the earliest I can renew is 6th April?

As it is, I suspect my next bill ( now at the post CPI etc increased rate) will already have been made up but if there's no extra charge for renewal from then, and I 'll get back the difference pro rata next month, it's worth going ahead as soon as possible?

@Arne-TalkTalk

I have managed to find a good deal for one year. Could you confirm it? The new PM is entitled "New deal".

Many thanks!

I've tried once on the phone and twice via Chat. No more time to waste on this.

Every time, the "deal" is different but never matches that for new customers.

I'll be checking out Full Fibre with other companies  - Talktalk doesn't offer either FTTC or FTTP here, and appear not to want to keep longstanding customers even on their slowest service (it will be 17 years in July)!

Thanks, @Arne-TalkTalk.

I'll check back on here after the event.

Hi Gliwmaeden2

As far as im aware Loyalty agents will waive any fees when in the last 90 days.

Your new bill will probably be prepared today, so yes any difference will appear on the next bill after renewal.
