Hi I'm new to talk talk. I signed up with a promotion of a voucher. I've been keeping track of it. The 90 days have passed and I didn't receive any voucher and I don't know what's happened. Please can someone help?

Which sales channel did you use to sign up?

 

Have you also checked your email junk folder?

@rozia1, this topic is more of an account issue than a problem with your Fibre service. 

 

I'll move your thread to billing. 

 

It is in the queue for attention from staff. They reply during the day Monday to Friday.
