Line test is still picking up a potential fault so I've raised this to Openreach for investigation. Openreach will investigate over the next 72 hours and may contact you directly if they need to access your home

Could you just try switching your router off for 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. If it's then still not connecting we'll need to arrange an engineer visit to investigate further

I think the router have some issues

I did everything from turning off for 20 min to reset the factory settings

Is still solid amber light
