My router flashing amber and white lights... and now is solid amber

Try a different browser  / enable pop ups / disable ad blockers, @Yotov.

 

As I said before, there are no professional staff on the forum before Monday, so I don't know why phone support sent you here today. 

 

Staff may send out another router for testing, but meanwhile if you can get through to Chat, they may test the line.

The chat button is not working for some reason

I called the number and they send me here again

The router flashing amber light and i still don't have internet

I think the router have some issues

Technical support can be reached if you phone in today (not Sunday), @Yotov.

 

Call 03451 720088 after 9am. They close 6pm today.
