Hi,

I won't bore people with detail but I'm trying to switch my broadband from Fibre 35 to Fibre 150 with VOIP as my contract is coming to an end on 2/7/22.

TT have botched it up and sounds like they can't offer it to me where I live but they won't admit this.

 

I've spoken to them on the phone, via Live Chat, email their "concerns" e.mail, even the CEO.

I just keep going round in circles.

 

Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to get to someone who know's what they're doing?

I spoke to them yesterday when they found that my order placed on 9 June hadn't "gone through" in spite of me receiving emails to confirm my order.

They tried to place a new order but the computer wouldn't let them.

They promised a return call before 12.00 today but nothing do far.
