My internet & outgoing calls on my phone have been out since yesterday. All messages on the TT website say it’s being worked on but in the meantime I can’t do my job.

any news on a fix guys?

We've received an update to advise that the fault should now be resolved. Is everything working ok for you?

The latest update from Openreach advises that they are working on this fault and that an appointment has also been arranged for 04/Jul/2023 - PM.

yep, internet is now fine, but my landline is still out and a fault is reported and ongoing, I don't suppose you know anything?
