There is no point to keep insisting that I connect the router you sent if i am leaving on 21st Dec The router might as well be kept as new and returned

Ok at another post office I managed to find a cashier who was more enthusiastic about their work and the faint blurred barcode has been read and the router returned

Queued  for ages at local post office (W H Smith's) only to be told by the cashier that the label you stick on the returns bag was "invalid" I will try again at a larger post office next Thursday if I am told it's "invalid" again I will require another label. Its a pain i never asked for this router

Hi Loudkitten,

I've ordered a returns bag, it should be with you within a couple of days
