I'm on day 5 of no broadband. Constant flashing orange light.  Customer service keep telling me that they have no update.. what can I do to push this along??

Hi Chris.. I finally got broadband connection at 17,15 on Monday..  that's 7 days after first reporting it..   I told customer services that I suspect my Router to be at fault.  Low and behold a new router 7 days later and its fixed..  So bring on the Automatic compensation..

There was a glitch today with the staff workflow software, @keith8000_0. It will be Monday before you get a response as they are not on here at weekends.
