No internet connection

I have no internet Connection at all no devices can Connect to the WiFi.

I have tried to reset it and it still is not working the light is flashing Amber and isnt changing.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

There are no staff on here before Monday, @Ewaswiatczak .

 

Phone support and Chat are both closed now.

 

Chat should be open on Sunday,  phone support not till Monday.

Ensure that you have completed your Personal Information details for staff to follow up from Monday. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu; Personal Information.....SAVE CHANGES. Staff need this information to identify your account.
