Hi there

I am unable to access the admin interface of my router using the default Router Username and Router Password printed on the back of the router. The username and password have not been changed since I received the router some years ago.

Ok thanks. It's possible that there's a fault with the router, would you like me to send a replacement?

Hi a60man,

Could you  try resetting the router to factory default settings and then try accessing the router UI again. Please let us know how you get on - Restore your router to factory settings - TalkTalk Help & Support
