Our IT department have advised that your network has wiped all homeworkers from accessing VPN. What are you doing to resolve the issue? I logged a call earlier today.

Hi @Redtilimdead,
The support team here will help you on the other topic that you have created. It is not true that VPN access has been removed for everyone.
New firmware has been rolling out recently for the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub, for some customers this has affected their ability to connect to VPN services. If that is what is affecting you then the support team here will be able to fix it by changing the firmware on your router.
