I am trying to send emails out through Outlook (new) They are coming back with

SmtpSubmissionPermanent%XXException: Smpt submission failed. Server 'smpt.talktalk.net' Port '587'. Unexpected SMTP server response. Expected: 235, actual: 500, whole response: 500 5.7.0 0KKZs7EsShU7P Authentication Denied (TT320)

Failure code: cf24

 

Can anyone help please.

Hi Sandy97, usually the quickest way to get to the bottom of these issues is to remove the account from Outlook and add it back. You'll find the full email settings in the Email Settings help article.
