Retrieving deleted emails

Hi, is there any way that deleted e-mails from the Trash folder can be retrieved? Thank you

I'm going to be bringing you unwelcome news. The current version of TalkTalk Mail does not have the ability to recover from Trash any permanently deleted mail. If mail is in Trash longer than 30 days the system will delete forever and if the user Empties trash and confirms they really wish to empty the Trash then that's also a delete forever.

 

If you haven't made your own backup at any time to recover mail messages then perhaps the original senders have kept a copy?

Hi Adrea, if the mail has been in there for over 30 days it won't be retrievable. Have you deleted accidentally?
