Sorry but you are not the only person on here who needs help 

 

You can't expect an acknowledgement of a post immediately or within the 2 hours you expected a reply to your post before you accused them of ghosting (or in normal English, ignoring) you.

 

As said staff will get around to answering you when it's your turn in their workload.

Talktalk need to employ more staff then if there are so busy! Just replying is a common courtesy that seem to be lacking these days!

Support is dealt with in post order.

 

They will get around to answering you in due course.

 

And if you have an open complaint with the CEO, they cannot get involved except to pass on a message, so wait and see what they say.

 

Posting additional threads doesn't help as it delays responses, not only to you but other customers.
