Tiscali outgoing email not working

For the last 24 hours my xxxxxx@tiscali.co.uk won’t send emails. I get the error message ‘Cannot Send Mail the sender address was invalid’. This is the same on all devices (Apple iOS and OS).

Hi, I have been a tiscali user for several years but have encountered the same problem just in the last couple of days. I am still receiving e mails but cannot send them and I am getting the same messsage. Did you manage to resolve your issue, and if so, how?

I don't see any problem with the mail servers.

 

Let me know what happens with webmail sending using a browser and if you get a TT error code on sending. e.g. TT420 for example.

 

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail tiscali email address, select Continue and enter the tiscali password, select Sign in.
