Since the free upgrade to full fibre both caller display and voicemail hhave stopped working. I've tried removing the ticks from both services in my boosts page with the intention of restarting the boosts but the ticked boxes can't be removed. I have tried chat and 12 phone calls to customer services (Talktalk customers will know that takes hours and hours) all the agents have said that they have sorted the problem and the services will be working in 24 hours, nothing does happen.
I've tried disconnecting all the connected devices, even that has no affect. I am using the supplied router, nor eevo.
