Eero secure not enabled with my account

Hello,

 

I have Fibre 900 for almost one year now and recently I need to activate the parental control using the eero secure option and it is not available on my app, when I click on my discover tab, only the "Amazon Connected Home" and "Eero Labs" options are available.

 

I have already spent hours on the phone with talktalk with no success: the talktalk team directed me to the eero support team and the eero support team said this is a talktalk problem.

 

Could someone help me to investigate this issue?
