Hi
Roughly once an hour my internet connection is disconnecting. I have fibre to the cabinet. The light on the router goes red and it reconnects after approximately 2 minutes. This is causing issues when I am in video calls working from home.
Do I need to login to my Sagemcom router and change the settings?

Thank you. I've run a test on the line which is clear, however I can see a few re-connections on the line. Is your voice service ok with no noise on the line? Does your main socket also have a test socket please?
