Where would I check if I have the latest firmware?

Please can you add your TalkTalk landline number or account number to your Community Profile.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then arrange to send the router. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

I’ve also already got one of your WiFi extenders for rooms further than my lounge where the router is. 

if you think that it might work, and I’m not paying for it, I’ll try a new one.

I don't think firmware is the way to go in this case, would you like me to send a replacement router to see if this helps ?

If it needs to be, just having lots of issues with wifi dropping, devices not connecting (even in the same room as the router)

You can see the version when you log into the router.

 

Currently your router is on V1.05t, there is a later version currently rolling out.
