My contract was coming to an end (18th Jan) so I chose the option to upgrade to fibre 250 on a 24 month contract. This was supposed to go live on the 15th of January.
It appears I'm still on my previous fibre 150 speed. It's almost impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Or when I do, I find myself having to repeat what I'm saying multiple times, and the operators still don't understand.
Please advise.

On my talktalk dashboard I clicked the upgrade tab and ordered through there. I was sent a new network box shortly after the order which I've installed and connected to my existing router.
