Full fibre installation

You sent me an email saying my full fibre is now live on 4/4/24. I am still waiting for an engineer to visit to set up the new box etc. Openreach have been a few weeks ago and done the work outside. 

Can you give me an idea when the engineer may visit to complete the installation?
