Can anyone explain about the process of the change from analog to digital land line

Hi Rob, Quick answer is that to change from a analogue (copper) phone line to a digital (fibre) phone line, you will need to sign up to one of TT's fibre services. TT will then arrange with OpenReach to disconnect you copper line and install a fibre line and terminal equip. TT will send you a router which will have a Phone plug in the rear along with all the usual connections. Once OpenReach and TT enable the digital phone connection all will be as normal landline wise. Hope this helps.

Hi @Rob1951 there are so many variables that a quick answer is impossible.

 

Could you advise about your connection FTTP, speeds,  current equipment, type of phone. Then one of the brighter souls in the community will I'm sure have an attempt.
