my broadband is working fine but the telephone is not working at all. i have regestered an complaint REP-14096620. can anyone fast track this

Openreach have updated the fault ticket last night to say that the fault should be fixed following work completed at the cabinet.

 

Do you have no dial tone this morning?

I can see that the fault has been assigned to a line engineer this afternoon so we should hopefully have more updates soon.

Thank you. The fault has been escalated to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

I will continue to monitor for updates and I will post back on this thread.

If you click on your Community Username, then view/manage this users settings, then click on personal information - you can then add your details there (remember to click the save changes button at the bottom of the page)
