Just installed the mobile app on my iphone and if I try and play anything I get 

"Content not available"

"Sorry but this content is not available for this device"

"6003"

 

Any ideas?

Hi

 

Do you have the IPLAYER APP installed on your device ?

 

When choosing the program, was this from the on demand section or live TV.

Happens when trying to watch something from the TV Guide menu option, everything else seems to work. Click on the programme, you get a page of text with a player at the top, click to play and you get the error.
