Enable content filtering from within the family profile section of eero secure. You can enable on each individual profile which will apply the settings to every device in that profile.  A number of categories can be selected including Shopping, Social, Chat & Messaging, Streaming & Youtube.

Managing your content filters

Manage your content filters from within your eero app via the Discover  or Home  tabs.

Discover Tab

  1. Select Discover
  2. Select eero Secure
  3. Select Content Filters
  4. Select a profile you'd like to edit
  5. Select a filter you want to add to the profile and review what's been selected
  6. Select Apply
Note: Once the the filter has been applied you'll be able to configure the settings further.

Home Tab

You'll need to ensure you already have a profile created in the app, checkout creating a profile  for more information on how to do this before proceeding

  1. Select the profile from the home screen
  2. Select Content Filters
  3. Select a profile you'd like to edit
  4. Select a filter you want to add to the profile and review what's been selected

Remove content filters from the content filters settings for each profile and toggle off any categories you no longer need. Remember this should take effect straight away but may take longer depending on the device and browser, you can always clear your browser cache to help.
