Check your devices
The first thing you’ll want to do is understand if you’re experiencing slow speeds on all your devices. If it’s only one device, simply turn your device’s WiFi off and on again. If that doesn’t work, try rebooting the device. If you’re having an issue across multiple devices, or the above didn't help then read on.
Check your speed
You should check your devices speed using our speed test tool. Be sure to test your speed at different locations in the home both close and far away from your eero. To ensure you’re connected to the nearest eero, turn WiFi off and then on again before each test at a new location.
TURN IT OFF & ON AGAIN
If everything’s powered and connected, you can try turning your eero off and back on again. It should take about 2 minutes to fully start up. Next, do the same with your modem and wait 30 seconds before switching it back on. Wait until the light on your modem is solid white and the lights on your eero has finished blinking before testing your speed again as mentioned above.
