I am unable to connect to my works' PTPP VPN.

 

I had issues with my last router in Jan 2022, connection to my works' VPN suddenly stopped working, the problem rectified itself with a new router when I moved house in February 2022. 

 

I changed jobs in May, different VPN, no issue.

 

I have just starting working back at my original company and having an issue connecting to the VPN again, on this new router.

 

Can someone please help? I am working from home and I am having to get colleagues to send files to me all the time.
