Just received an email from TalkTalk about my recent changes.  In one part it reassures me, "You can look forward to an estimated download speed between 0.0Mb/s and 0.0Mb/s with a minimum guaranteed speed of 0.0Mb/s with a guaranteed upload speed of 0.0Mb/s."  How's that for stupidity!
