Wi-Fi not working

My Wi-Fi has stopped working for the past few days. I have tried to reboot the router several times but this does not rectify the problem and the router remains with a constant Orange light. Please can you help me fix this, it is extremely frustrating!

Contact technical support on 03451 720088 today, after 9am, @Jemima4.

 

Staff won't be back before Monday. If you still need help then, they'll need to identify your account.
