Unable to access mail via IMAP dsl.pipex.com

I've been unable to access my dsl.pipex.com email account via IMAP for nearly 24 hours.

I can access it via TalkTalk webmail.

I've tried on both Android phone Galaxy S10 and using Outlook on my PC.

I don't get any errors, it just sticks trying to sync on both devices. This was working fine until exactly midnight last night, which was the last successful sync.

It's unlikely to be a client issue as every client supports tls v1.2 and 1.3.

@Ady-TalkTalk it started working again last night, after 48 hours of it not working.

Ok that email address has full service. I'd suggest that your mail apps don't support the minimum requirements for security. Take a look at the settings in Email Settings Help Article. If you can't set the account with those settings our mail client isn't supported by TalkTalk any longer as it doesn't support TLS 1.2

@Ady-TalkTalk I  can't see a private notes section in my profile settings.

I just have "Your Details", "About You", "Your Signature" and "Avatar"
