Ever since i have switched from talktalk essentials to simply broadband my speed has decreased before i was getting 5.5mb and it was working flawlessly now i struggle to get 3.2mb i can browse the net but its slow watching youtube is impossible streaming ive gave up completely i have opened a ticket have been repeatedly told im getting the fastest speed but i know it is not the case i have requested to get the profile changed back but so far customer service is unwilling to help instead seem quick to blame my set up, im not happy with this reduction in speed
