Hi I am a new customer and have taken out fibre 150 which is supposed to give you a code to order the tech pack. No email or code has arrived.
Spoke to Pam at customer services who told me I would need to contact Amazon regarding this. I explained that’s not what my original email said but she wouldn’t help me further. So please is there anyone out there who can help
