Amazon tech code not received

Hi I am a new customer and have taken out fibre 150 which is supposed to give you a code to order the tech pack. No email or code has arrived. 

Spoke to Pam at customer services who told me I would need to contact Amazon regarding this. I explained that’s not what my original email said but she wouldn’t help me further. So please is there anyone out there who can help

me.

I was not asked to make a choice but I would have wanted the Amazon echo and smart plug.

Please don't open multiple threads for the same topic. Obviously it creates extra work on the forum community, but it can also cause confusion between replies.
