can someone tell me why I am being charged for an engineer visit when he found a fault on the line and fixed it ?
I was under the impression that callouts were free when there was a fault ?
Additionally, could someone please advise what the early cancellation fees would be on this contract.

Thanks Arne, I thought there must have been some kind of computer error or something as he rerouted me at the cabinet and my issues were going on at the master socket, so nothing inside.
He still didn`t sort these lower speeds out though....so god only knows what he was up to.
