Hi,
My contract end date is 27th Feb 2022.
If I wanted to switch to a new provider (because TalkTalk won't offer me a better deal) what date should I start to look at new providers (to avoid early termination fees) and what date should the contract start on.
(Or perhaps it is better to incur the early termination fees rather than go on to the rolled over contract fees.)

Hi,
I had spoken to TalkTalk but they were unwilling to offer a comparable deal, however, they have since rung me and a offered something i'm happy with. Here comes the but .......
At no point (to my knowledge) did we ever talk about adding TV to the deal and I've received an email saying it's now been added.
Can you remove this for me as i believe it's an extra cost?

Hi @southym Your contract end date has lots of detail and the very useful customer retention number. 4 weeks should be more than enough time to switch and avoid charges.
