I signed up for a new package that came with a free echo dot and smart plug. The email said a code would be sent to me within 37 days.
37 days elapsed and i reached out to your twitter team who escalated it, this was 7 days ago and ive yet to hear anything.
I'm in no way happy with the customer service i have received from talktalk since renewing my contract. every person i talk to tells me something different and feel like i'm either being fobbed off or ignored.

Add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @mickytelford, for staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
