I’ve recently extended my payment due date, but really need to extend it again until the 15th January but it’s not letting me apply on my account as I’ve already used it. Is there any way I could extend it again? Thank you

If you still need help, add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
That will enable them to identify your account.
