Just a few questions.
My parents have a phone and fibre contract that is due to end on 25/7/2022. They are both moving into residential care next week. Would I be able to cancel their service for them? If not, could they cancel using this forum/email - as they would struggle over the phone due to communication issues? ....and finally would there be a penalty for leaving the contract early?

Do you have power of attorney over the account? if so you can cancel it over the phone.
Otherwise the named account holder will need to contact us via 03451720088.

@harvi cancellations cannot be processed via the forum or email.
All the details are in the article below including the relevant termination charges will will apply in your parents' case.
