It’s been 90 days and I can’t confirm for my signup voucher without the provider reference starting with N . Where can I get this as it’s not in any emails from you or online ?

Hi Ady. I have searched the community as I am having the same problem as this thread's author. For me it is 92 days since activation, but I can't make an enquiry as none of my correspondence contains a provider reference beginning with N.
