New Customer or Renewal

My contract comes to an end next month. The renewal deals are pathetic (or non existent). Should I call retentions to get a deal or ask my wife to sign up as a new customer and suffer any interruption of service?

I'd always call retentions or use Chat, @Nrug0r.

Their deals are usually better than those in My Account,  and you can specify that you don't want TV or anything else added, or haggle for good prices on boosts etc.

Can't be done through the forum though!
